Principal
Involuntary Benefits (Free and Automatic for All Full-Time Employees)
Hapeville Charter Schools provides all full-time employees with a set of benefits at no charge to the employee. These benefits are involuntary and enrollment is automatic and handled by Human Resources. These benefits are provided by Principal
The Benefits
$50,000 Employee Life Insurance
$50,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Short Term Disability: Provides 60% of pay (up to $500 per week) up to 12 weeks with a 7 day waiting period)
Long Term Disability: Provides 60% of pay (up to $500 per week) after the first 12 weeks with a 7 day waiting period)
How To Access These Benefits
Life and AD&D
If something catastrophic were to happen to an employee, HR will reach out to the person listed on his/her emergency contact list to provide the contact with information regarding any benefits that is due and the process to complete any claims.
Disability Benefits
If an employee needs to be out on disability for any reason, he/she will need to complete a Leave Request. You can find more information on leave request here Leave Request Information
