Former HCS Employees Resources

 

Address Changes

HCS may have to send former employees information after employment. If your address has changed please complete the Address Change form by clicking on the button on the right.

HCS will send all former employee’s last tax documents through USPS mail, and we will need your updated address information if you have moved.

 

HR Document Upload

Use the HR Document Upload to submit documents you need HCS HR to complete such as Department of Education Loan Forgiveness forms or Verifications of Experience, Employment, and/or Income.
